Garden Concept
The Community Garden is structured as one community plot. We will be
working on the plot together. The produce will be split between the Kiwanis
food distribution program, the workers and the farmers market. Proceeds
from the farmers market will go towards supporting the garden in the future.

Volunteer Opportunities
Many volunteer opportunities are available including working in the garden,
teaching, promotion, administrative, working in the farmers market,
participating in the farmers market, harvesting and distribution, and many

Administrative Committee
An Administrative Committee has been formed to make decisions and give
direction to the Garden. If you have any questions, projects or issues, let the
committee know so that it can be addressed. All expenditures must be
pre-approved by the committee in order to be reimbursed. The committee
